Make room for what you pray for
Welcome back to another blog! I have been meaning to write a blog about this topic for quite a few weeks now and kept putting it on hold.
I’m currently up at 5 in the morning because God revealed to me in a dream, about an hour ago now, that this is the time to start preparing for what God has in store for you, this is the time to make room for it! And so I thought maybe I should stop putting this blog on hold and actually start writing.
In the book of Micah 7:7 it states "But me, I'm not giving up. I'm sticking around to see what God will do. I'm waiting for God to make things right. I'm counting on God to listen to me."
When you are trusting in God for something you have to believe that God is making a way for you in ways that you couldn’t imagine. Even when you don’t feel him or you feel like you’re on your own in your situation, he is working behind the scenes for your good, it’s all working out in your favour! You just have to have faith that he is.
The theme of my blogs is all on faith this year and I don’t know about you but for me it has been really tough at times to keep the faith and stay optimistic.
However, I try to remember that I serve a Great God who only wants the best for me, who only wants the best for you and he wouldn’t leave us nor forsake us (Hebrews 13:5) and it’s time to start making room for what we have prayed for.
It’s time to start expecting the good out of life, it’s time to put God on a bigger scale, He is not limited by our own understanding and believe that God can do the most profound, beautiful and unexpected things in our lives, even in this last season of 2024, he can still do it for you!
So make room for it! Whatever you are believing God for, whatever you’re expecting God to do, create space for it and allow God to work on your behalf. Allow God to show you just how much he cares and loves you, allow him to show you his vastness and greatness! (Job 11-:7-9)
How do we make room?
Isaiah 26:3 states that “Peace comes from trusting God.” When you put your trust in God, put Him first and give to others from the depths of your heart, you will be able to begin to make room for God's abundant blessings (2 Corinthians 9:8).
Set aside some time for prayer and meditation. Always seek His guidance and direction in every decision you make even if it seems small and align your actions with His teachings.
This is how you can make room and I pray before the year 2024 ends, God will grant you with your hearts desires and bless you abundantly overall (Psalms 20:4) xx
